ESP Overview with Supporting Regulatory Framework
The Electricity Sector Plan (ESP) offers detailed policy framework. This plan was submitted to the government for adoption on May 15.
The ESP combines national and international expertise and serves as the foundation for further development of the electricity sector.
Parallel to the ESP, work is being done on a series of programs that directly address the challenges facing society. These include:

  • Modernization of legislation and regulations
  • Strengthening of monitoring instruments
  • Capacity building and technical analyses
  • Sustainable energy investment programs
